served with a wasabi dipping sauce

Second course
Succulent Thai spicy beef salad with a lime and chilli dressing
Wine pairing: Pardonnez Moi Cinsault

 

Third course
Silky Massaman curry on a bed of rice
Wine pairing: Bellingham Homestead Chenin Blanc

 

Fourth course
Delicious lemon verbena, coconut and lemon ice-cream served on a cashew nut
crunch and topped with a grape and pomegranate coulis
